Necrothrall For me its escapism, whether tabletop or computer games. I've always had an exceptionally good imagination and I like to feed it whenever possible. I do prefer fantasy settings to sci-fi, but thats mainly because I have an interset in medieval history and have been fascinated by it from an young age. I prefer the tabletop to computer games, but thats more to do with all the building and planning thats gone into the my army. I find its more personal too, I get a sense of "I made this, and I'm going to crush you with it". I wouldn't consider myself as a power gamer though, although one of my group insists on grey knight terminator spam all the time, which anoys the rest of us, so I wont hesitate in using a lash and obliterator spam list against him (trust me he deserves it). I prefer to win with tactics rather than brute force. I love the painting aspect, I'm not the greatest, but I'm alright. I find it really relaxing too.
As for computer games I love them. I'm hooked on Skyrim right now, just like I was on Diablo 2 back when I was at uni. I miss my bonemancer (I know that sounds kinda rude but I'm pretty sure thats the tehnical term for him). Might start playing it again. I'm really looking forward to diablo 3, and mass effect 3 for that matter (if you've not played mass effect then why not? play it now!). Actually the reason I play nomads for infinity is because they remind me of the quarians from mass effect. Not in the looks department but because they are both ship dwelling societies with hacking specialites.

Most players who use space marines use Space Wolves, Blood Angles, or Grey Knights, and hate on the other chapters, and that doesn't make sense to me....
